Joanna Günther works as a ceramist and works with simple, clean forms and the inherent structures of clay. Her collections are designed in strict and straight lines, in addition there are playful oversized details, unpolished screw and flowing glazes that make up the decor. A common thread in her work is tactility, regardless of whether it is installation or the design of objects. Joanna lives in Stockholm with a studio in Gustavsberg's old porcelain factory.
