In Sweden after the pandemic, dog ownership has increased in number and we think that this has had effects, also on image creation. People who never had a dog started showing up on the sidewalk, there should have been consequences! We at Väsby Konsthall wonder how artists have drawn attention to dog ownership and now invite you to the DOG SALON! Anything related to dogs is welcome! It is said that the dog is man’s best friend, so it will be exciting to see how the exhibition is designed. Everyone has the chance to submit works. Both dog skeptics and its friends! Submission takes place by post or in person at the Art Gallery on Wednesday March 6 and Sunday March 10. A jury will once again choose which entries will be submitted. Application documents and rules are available in the Art Gallery and on our website.
