The artist adds: “The idea of the exhibition is to strike a truce with the inevitability of being a human by asserting the ridiculousness of life and without becoming a nihilist in the process. The works are inspired by everyday moments that feel like excerpts from fictitious narratives and whose seeming meaninglessness hides stereotypes and Jungian archetypes. The lax associations between the works are formed into a bizarre constellation by schematic drawings made onto the walls of the gallery.”
