In making the exhibition, I have been thinking in particular about the identity of the work and the concepts of its content and meaning in general. But the exhibition is also an attempt to understand what I am doing, my own lines of thought and the nature of my own artistic interests. Why does something, and not someone else, feel interesting? Where do the choices that make a work exactly what it comes from come from? In the works in the exhibition, I have sought a difficult line between the justification of things and the incomprehensibility that prevails outside it.
The attempt to understand is born out of curiosity, the desire to understand, and the phenomenon that feeds curiosity that things always end up unattainable.
