Let me dream once again

The exhibition brings to the Art Gallery the works of five important Estonian contemporary artists – Merike Estna, Kristi Kongi, Kaarel Kurismaa, Holger Loodus and Anna Škodenko. The older works of the artists and the works created especially for this exhibition are exhibited side by side, which gives the viewer the opportunity to observe the artist’s work as a process that continues over time. The first higher education of most artists is the education of a painter, so we can conditionally talk about it as a painting exhibition. We see classic painting, its developments in other media as well as an extremely playful attitude towards colors and light.
