International competition-exhibition ”Individuality 21”’

This year, the HGDF traditional competition received a record 445 works from 233 authors from the European Union, Russia, Ecuador, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Ukraine, China, Iran, Indonesia, USA, etc. The Haapsalu City Gallery will see 84 final works selected by a jury of professionals. The subject of the absurd is essentially dissected on the basis of the author’s personal views and design beliefs on a very wide scale, from innocent bizarre to sharp politicality.
