"Landscape with an Uncertain Horizon or Machine Room for One" is Erik Alalooga's noise spa: five mechanical sound objects are connected to each other in an infinite circle, where the next object is constantly turned on or off. The odd number guarantees uninterrupted circular operation of the circuits.

Erik Alalooga is a visual artist, performer, director, sound artist, teacher and cultural organizer living in Tallinn. He is mainly known for his analog technology solutions in his works of art. Since 2005, he has placed his creative focus on the study and application of the direct physical relationship between man and machine.
At present, Alalooga is a third-year doctoral student of theater art at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater and works as the head of the sculpture studio at EAA.

NB! The operation of the installation can be monitored remotely, privately and without contact!
