Watercolour on paper This work was part of the author´s MFA project at Uniarts. The artwork is playing with the idea of an interior or still-life composition. The image based on contrasting different kind of textures and patterns gives an collage or patchwork sort of feel to the artwork. Some of the strong colours and patterns can be seen influenced by other ethnicities. That way it combines different sources and influences from other cultures.
