Painting series “Shooting Stars” observes the celestial stones as travelers in space. Compared to human’s itineraries the time for one stone to travel through space is unfathomable. The closest humans can get to the meteorites is to look at them in the midnight’s sky or search for the pieces landed on Earth. The remains of the stones after the collisions with Earth are also very valuable pieces of information about the history and composition of the Solar System.
