“February 23rd” is a 34 page A6 retrospect of the evening before the Estonian 100 year Independence Day (February 24th). It recollects a personal, non-Estonian, perspective of the events that unfolded leading up to the celebration, including photographs in and around the Old Town, text, and drawings of the artist’s physical movement taken on the evening as a hyper-memory of the sensation of Estonian camaraderie.
