At 9:53 AM, emergency services were alerted to two men reportedly “drowning.” Upon arrival, responders found Jari (53) and Janis (56) dry, drunk, and theatrically “surfing life’s waves.” The climax came when Janis headbutted a vodka bottle and Jari broke his nose. No drowning occurred—only a spectacle.
The work exposes a Kafkaesque system in which public resources repeatedly intervene to rescue self-inflicted absurdity, rewarding chaos with institutional care.
