,,BUTTERFLY EFFECT + LAPIS LAZULI” The painting only reveals itself once the viewer is in front of it, when the sensor triggers sound and prolonged movement – a gradually fading blue, the ever-changing shape of the work. For the curious viewer, the culmination of the work eventually appears – a strip of lapis lazuli, the rarest blue pigment used to embellish the most festive of icon’s. The revelation fades away as the work slowly disappears and sinks back into its silence.
