Entering a room filled with familiar objects, I select one. Is it still the same as I remember?
I don’t know if the room exists or if I truly know the objects within it, but I sense that each item hides something more, obscured from sight.
I choose only one – a gummy. As I gaze at it for a long time, its scale, material, and colour shift, and my entire perception of its symbolic meaning transforms. Beyond the threshold, a story with new meaning unfolds.
