About the belly button, 2020

Paper The book “About the belly button” is a book about mothers and a journey through their daily lives. In this book you can and a very wide range of topics and it can be discovered that mom’s life is very colorful, with a full palette of colors – both dark and light. Each chapter is a new journey into a different moment in the life of a mother and child. After reading this book even a person who does not have children can feel what it means to be a mother. I decided to do this book because I’m a mother almost 3 years and during that time I had to experience a whole palette of different feelings and experiences. I participated in virtual exhibition DISPĖJUS nr. 1 and in „Luma Rencontres Dummy Book Award Arles 2020″ and my book has been shortlisted for the LUMA Dummy Book Award 2020.
