BUDDA (Uljana) is an emerging artist based in Narva, Estonia. She studied at the Narva Art School from 2014 to 2022 and is currently a member of the Kunstihuvilised Art Club, an initiative that supports young artists in developing their creative paths.

Working primarily with coloured pencils and black gel pen, BUDDA explores the emotional and introspective dimensions of human experience. Her drawings often capture the inner states that accompany the creative moment, serving as both personal reflection and shared empathy. Through her art, she seeks to create a space where viewers can recognise fragments of their own emotions and realise that they are not alone in what they feel.
