Siiri Kängsepp (born in 1964) is an Estonian artist based in Tartu. She graduated from the Pallas University of Applied Sciences, Department of Painting, defending her thesis titled “Good Things” in 2020.

Kängsepp has participated in various exhibitions, including her solo exhibition “A Glimpse Beyond Borders” at the Promenaadiviis Gallery in 2021. She has also been part of group exhibitions such as the “Pallas Students’ Art Exhibition-Auction” in 2020 and the Tartu Annual Art Exhibition “Centers of Life” in 2021 at the Tartu Art House.
