Studies, memberships Currently, I am doing my Master’s studies in the Academy Fine Arts of Uniarts Helsinki at the printmaking department. I am getting my MFA degree in December 2022. Previously, I graduated from Turku Arts Academy in 2019, specializing in printmaking. During my studies in Turku, I went for an exchange in The Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in Belgium in 2018. I have been a member of The Association of Finnish Printmakers and Turku Printmakers Association since 2019. Exhibitions The latest exhibition I participated in was Kuvan Kevät 2022 – MFA Degree Show of the Academy of Fine Arts, University of the Arts Helsinki. During 2022, I was also selected to participate in the International Exhibition of prints and artist’s books in Rijeka in Croatia. In the beginning of 2021, me and my colleague arranged our first independent exhibition Machine Translation after graduating from Turku Arts Academy. In 2018, I was selected to exhibit my works among two other young artists in the exhibition called Young Printmakers 2018 / Nuoret Taidegraafikot 2018. Young Printmakers is an exhibition which presents new names from the printmaking field in Finland. Acknowledgements, grants, stipends At the end of 2021, I received a commendation for the artwork I participated with in GraficaRi – International Exhibition of prints and artist’s books in Rijeka, Croatia. In 2020, I was selected to make the annual supporting member work of Turku Printmakers Association, a commission work consisting of 100 prints. The same year, I received my first grant from the Centre for the Promotion of Visual Art. In 2019, upon graduating from Turku Arts Academy, I was granted with a stipend for my thesis work. One of my works resides in the Finnish State Art Deposit Collection and another one of my works was included in the Finnish Art Society’s Art Lottery in 2018.
