Riikka Anttonen ^{Emerging artist}

Artist's country of origin: Finland

Riikka is Helsinki based visual artist currently working in the expanded field of painting. She usually makes more sculptural and installation like works with a conceptual approach. Her works have been exhibited in Finland and Estonia, and she has been participating in projects in different countries in Europe. Riikka has been studying in Aalto University School of arts and design and in Academy of fine Arts Helsinki. Her work have been supported by Arts Promotion centre Finland, The Finnish Cultural Foundation and the Academy of Fine Art Helsinki and she received Saskia grant from her thesis show.
