Rebecca Đuran-Šilėnas

Rebecca Đuran-Šilėnas, presenting as Bekki, is an artist from Croatia, born 1991. In 2011 she enrolled in Bachelor studies at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka (Croatia), from which she graduated in 2015. The same year she enrolled in Master’s program and graduated 2017 from The Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka (Croatia) with a Master’s degree in Painting. She participated in the Erasmus student exchange 2013/2014 at the Academy of Fine Arts, Jan Matejko in Krakow (Poland). In 2017 she moved to Vilnius (Lithuania) to study Master’s program at the Vilnius Art Academy, and in 2019 she graduated with a Master’s degree in Photography and Media Art. She has exhibited in various group exhibitions in Croatia, and internationally, few of which are XVIII Biennale of student drawings in Serbia, the 9th Triennale of Aquarelle in Croatia and Art Compensa Art fair in 2022 in Lithuania. She is currently living and working in Vilnius, Lithuania.
