Jane Tiidelepp

Jane Tiidelepp (b. 1971) is a painter, performance artist and poet residing in Tartu and Hiiumaa. She is currently studying in the 5th year of the Performing Arts curriculum at the Viljandi Culture Academy, specializing in eurythmy. She has a BA in painting from the University of Tartu and an MA in art history from the University of Tartu, having previously studied at the Open Academy of Fine Arts in the liberal arts. Tiidelepp is actively involved in both painting and eurythmy. In her painting, she is intuitive and deals with both content and form, focusing more on the abstract style of painting. Tiidelepp’s works are presented in both monochrome and palanquin colors, where the main goal is to find both deep meaning and total freedom in complete abstraction. Tiidelepp is a member of both the Estonian Artists’ Union and the Estonian Painters’ Union.
