Haralds Saknītis(2002) is a graduate of the Art Academy of Latvia (BA) painting. His work draws alot of insporation from music theory principles like polyrhytmic structures, counterpoint, tension and release etc. Primarly the aim of the work is to generate a physiologic reaction in the viewer much like music does. Haralds has participated in exhibitions since 2020 and had 6 solo shows, the most important one being “Counterpoint”(2024) in LOOK! gallery. His paintings are in “Zuzāns” and “Mākslai vajag telpu” collections
