Estere Betija Grāvere (born in Riga, 1996) is a young artist who works in various mediums, but mostly explores the possibilities of using printmaking techniques in a more interdisciplinary way – interacting with an actual physical space. Gravere graduated BA in Printmaking at Art Academy of Latvia (2020), studied one year in Royal Academy of Antwerp and now continues her Master studies in Visual Communication department (Art Academy of Latvia). Her ideas often revolve around personal contemplations about the process of creation of a work of art, by using visually laconic means of expression. From 2014, she has participated in exhibitions in Latvia and abroad (Antwerp, Vilnius ArtFair). In 2020, she had her first solo show "Behind The Dunes” at gallery "Look" in Riga.
