Artist's country of origin: Estonia

Erki Kannus graduated from ERKI in 1981, majoring in glass art. Appeared at exhibitions since 1976. Created several works of monumental art in public space. In 1989-2000 resided in Germany, USA and Sweden. Actively participated in Estonian art since 2000, both in individual and group exhibitions, as well as in exhibitions in Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Poland, Ukraine, France, Bulgaria. The work combines different techniques (painting, graphics, sculpture) and materials (glass, wood, metal) as well as sound and video.
