Danel Ülper is a graduate of the Higher Art School Pallas. In painting, he focuses on the interiors of historical buildings and is keenly interested in architecture and the environment. Presently, he is immersed in the border region spanning South Estonia and North Latvia, exploring the essence of the periphery through both in his art and the documentation of historic interiors at risk of destruction.
