Aleksi Kallioja ^{Emerging artist}

I’m a late bloomer in relation to my art studies. I started studying photography in Pekka Halonen Academy only in 2015 and after those studies got accepted in The University of the Arts Helsinki in 2017. My most important exhibitions would be a solo exhibition held in the Korkeasaari Zoo, Helsinki and my BA group exhibition where my work was also nominated for NOBA in 2020. My work Sisarukset / Siblings was acquired by Gallery Heino and will be part of the Heino Art Foundations permanent collection. It is one of Finland’s foremost private collections of contemporary art.
