Minna Miettilä ^{Emerging artist}

Artist's country of origin: Finland

Minna Miettilä has a B.A. in cultural and gender studies from Humboldt University, Berlin, and BFA in painting from the Academy of fine arts in Helsinki. She has spent an exchange term at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, where she afterwards attended a post-graduate course called ‘Modernist Legacies and Constructions of Whiteness’. Currently she is studying in the Time and Space study programme at the Academy of fine arts, Helsinki. She has participated in exhibitions and projects and done performances in Helsinki and Stockholm. She is currently preparing her first solo exhibition, coming up in Helsinki in October 2019.
