Gabrielė Krulytė-Žurauskienė (born 1997) is a visual artist working in painting and graphic arts, exploring the emotional dialogue between environment, color and form. Inspired by nature, light, and organic patterns, her works turn everyday fragments into metaphors for inner states and human connections. Balancing clarity and abstraction, calmness and tension, she creates a visual language for experiences that reach beyond words. A distinctive element of her practice is the use of neon and other office-like markers in painting. She employs them not merely as colors but as gestures of emphasis—visual “highlights” that work like underlining or marking in text. By illuminating fragments of nature, she invites viewers to pause, look deeper and reconsider what might otherwise be overlooked. Through contrasts of vibrant intensity and quiet transitions her works open layered spaces for interpretation. Gabrielė holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Painting from the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
