Performance video documentation
One woman stains another with make-up – is it embellishment or labelling? Is it camouflage in an attempt to adapt to her surroundings, or a ritual preparation for battle? This video work was created during a performance at the Performance Studies in Sápmi festival in Norway, in collaboration with Sámi artist Ina Tretnes. The documentation was also exhibited at the art fair Art Vilnius 2024.
