In this painting, I wanted to capture a different kind of goal — not about work, tasks, or productivity, but about rest. The green background reminds me of a sticky note, the kind usually filled with reminders and to-do lists. Instead of more work, I chose to paint jungles on it — my personal symbol of escape. “Goal of the Day” is my reminder that sometimes the most important aim is to step away, to give myself permission to pause, and to find peace in the wild freedom of nature. My goal is not to achieve more, but to rest more deeply — and in that rest, to rediscover myself.
