This painting is from the series of works BOYS DON’T CRY that examine the fluctuations of the meaning of the concept of masculinity both in society as a whole and from the point of view of my individual vision of the world. Through the meaning of touch I try to address the question of what it means to be a masculine man, and how important it is in the context of self-identification processes.
