LAURi’s solo exhibition “Lauri Is a Boys’ Name”

“Big men lead my life. I though that I despised them, but at the bottom of my heart, I would like to be like them. Big men don’t care about my opinions, they don’t know that I’m looking at them. And even if they do, they still live as they see fit, according to their own rules and laws. I now see them, finally see them as men. Big men.”

LAURi is an artist whose previous works include monumental sculptures, installations about seriality as well as various collages. LAURi’s oeuvre works with personal disruptions offering the various emerging personalities inside to have a voice.
