“The Naked Emperor” appeared in Tallinn old town near the Estonian Governemnt building in February 2015. It was a response to the election season, when everything was covered with the imagery of politicians in suits. The piece was quickly removed by the authorities, however, the removal process went viral in itself, creating a lot of media attention and large online public discussions.
