Tapestry. Materials: wool, cotton and effect yarns; linen warp.

Following the title, the work suggests being halfway along the path—one more stretch to rise higher, into the realm of winds. The gobelin technique (tapestry) can be understood as painting with threads, where yarns form the artist’s colour palette. Through this technique the material gains an additional layer of value and expressive depth.
