This painting is born from my fascination with the quiet presence of shadows. They slip across surfaces lightly, never fixed, yet strong enough to change how we see the world. For me, shadows are a gentle reminder that beauty often lives in what does not last. The glowing neon background serves as a pulse of light — sharp, alive, almost restless — against which the darker forms find their weight. Together, they create a fragile balance, where calm emerges in contrast. “Stillness” becomes a space to stop, to breathe, and to sense how even the most fleeting impressions can hold depth and meaning.
