The table emerged in the process of moving around the idea of home. It was made during home meetings with a group of migrant women to place ideas, memories, labels, countries on this table and to talk about them, to keep us warm and distance. Table has been exhibited before, at Kuvan Kevat 23 exhibition. It has been placed to Jasmin’s home during the exhibition. The access to her place was through the invitation by words at the public exhibition place Mylly building’s 3rd floor’s kitchen. In that photo, people around the table are Melek, Daniela, Jasmin, Serhad and I.
