Ortus Lunae (Moonrise), 2025

“A bronze and aluminum sculpture depicting an abstract “moonrise” – the emergence of light and form. The work is cast using a multi-stage metal casting technique, combining bronze and aluminum into one harmonious form, emphasizing the rhythm and balance born from the two metals.
Traces of the material itself have been left on the surfaces, which highlight the inherent warmth of bronze and aluminum. The work does not seek sterile perfection, but the imperfect liveliness of the material balances the minimalist form and gives the object breath.”
