Author is playing a word game with a term Nature Morte. In French language it means unanimated nature, an English term Still Life could be translated to motionless everyday, while in Lithuanian language it is only a genre of painting. All these situations are like oxymoron and relate with tensions between real and unreal. She is searching for images in daily life which should be returned to the pictures, captured momentsshe dedicates to the months and connects them to the calendar – a form of unanimated nature – which appears in our well planned time by the shape of days and months.
