dEaTTACHMENT., 2020
oil, acrylic, pastels on canvas dEaTTACHMENT. (combination of words SEPARATION and ATTACHMENT) is a series of works that looks at psychological aspects and symptoms from the result of pathological exposure. The inner vortex of senses in human psychology is the one that leaves short and long-term effects on mental and emotional health. The goal is to fearlessly explore the complex inner world, which can be easily influenced by external and internal conditions. Using symbolism and colorful visual language as the means of expression, a series of works are created in which each individual work of art tries to tell its own personal story, however, they are also interconnected. The meaning is a situation in which we are thrown into four walls and thus forced to look for new solutions on how to live our daily lives while standing against the invisible fortress. As a result, I want to create physical and emotional comfort by playing with my inner storms and using the process as a type of meditation.
