Vita Edvards ^{Emerging artist}

Vita Edvards (b. 1994) is an artist based in Helsinki. They work with installation, moving image and photography. They study at the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki and will finish their BFA in December 2025. They have graduated from Art School Maa in 2022. Their works have been shown in group exhibitions in SIC Gallery (2024), Ateneum Art Museum (2024), European Media Art Festival (2025) and the site specific Pori Biennale – Visitors exhibition (2022). Edvards’ first solo exhibition will open in November 2025 at B Gallery in Turku. They have also directed music videos, and their documentary video materials were used as a part of a Finnish feature film Summer is Crazy (theatrical release in September 2025).
