Toomas Rein

Toomas Rein (born 1940) is an Estonian architect and watercolorist. He graduated Tallinn Polytechnic in industrial and civil construction. Later in 1967 he graduated Estonian National Art Institute faculty of architecture. He won grand prize at Baltic watercolor triennial in Riga in 1986. In 2011 movie director Peeter Brambat made a movie about him called “Ehituskunstnik Toomas Rein” (Construction artist Toomas Rein).
