Sandra Sirp
Artist is based in: Estonia
Sandra Sirp (b. 1988) explores the quiet tension between form and emptiness through a refined minimalist and geometric visual language. Since 2015, her practice has centered on themes of slowness, process, and balance, drawing a continuous line between her painting series and forming a cohesive, contemplative approach. Sirp holds a BA in Art Education from Tallinn University (2012) and a BA in Media Graphics from the Estonian Academy of Arts (2017). She furthered her studies in painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto (2015–2016), and in Art Education MA in the joint program of the Estonian Academy of Arts and Tallinn University (2019–2022). Since 2023, she has been a member of the Estonian Painters’ Association. Her works are held in private collections as well as in the collection of the Espoo Museum of Modern Art (EMMA).
