Raul Keller studied art education and drawing at Tallinn University and interactive multimedia at the Estonian Academy of Arts. Since the 1990s, Keller has been engaged in various interdisciplinary art practices (sound installation, performance, photography, DIY culture, text, video and radiophonic art) and has organized Radio Art concert performances with LokaalRaadio.
