Katrin Pere (1952) graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in the field of textile in 1977 (cum laude) and has since participated in exhibitions in many countries in Europe, as well as in Japan and the USA; she has also had several solo exhibitions. She mainly works in author´s technique, having also used glass, metal, paper, soil, and other materials found in nature.
