Ivan Zubaka

Ivan Zubaka was born in Western Ukraine and has lived and worked in Estonia since 1982. He has been a member of the Estonian Sculptors’ Union since 1993 and of the Estonian Artists’ Association since 1997. Zubaka has created several public space artworks, including the grave marker of Igor Severyanin, Men of the Past near Rakvere Theatre, and the restoration of the Tondi Boys’ memorial. He has received several awards, including art prizes from the cities of Tallinn and Rakvere, as well as the Order of Merit from the city of Viljandi.
