Inga Heamägi (born 1961 in Viljandi) has graduated from the Tallinn Art University, specialty of graphic art. She is a member of The Association of Estonian Printmakers and Estonian Artists´ Association.

Heamägi has had personal exhibitions in Estonia, Latvia and Finland. She has participated in international exhibitions in France, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Egypt, India, Thailand and Russia.
