Austė Skardžiukaitė-Kabašinskienė is a Lithuanian artist who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Graphics from the Kaunas Faculty of the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 2025. Her artistic practice primarily focuses on printmaking, particularly intaglio, and explores the boundaries between abstraction and concreteness. Drawing also plays a significant role in her creative process, serving as both a method of expression and a way of perceiving the world more deeply. For Skardžiukaitė-Kabašinskienė, drawing is not only about looking but about truly seeing—uncovering inner worlds and new perspectives.
She has held solo exhibitions including The Jump at Gallery Balta (2023) and Artimieji at the Kaunas Faculty Gallery of the Vilnius Academy of Arts (2024). In 2024, her work Duet was awarded a prize at the 5th Alytus Biennial of Young Artists, Art Code 2024. Synesthesia.
