Anhelina Blashchytsyna (b. Belarus) is a graphic artist whose practice spans illustration, printmaking, and watercolor. She graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Belarusian Academy of Arts in 2020 and later relocated to Lithuania for political reasons. In 2025, she completed her Master’s degree in Graphic Arts at the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
Blashchytsyna has collaborated with the Lithuanian publishing house Nieko rimto, illustrating the cover of Aurelija Savickienė’s Akys and creating the full set of illustrations for Anita Ganeri’s Žvaigždžių pasakos (Star Stories). In addition to commissioned work, she has produced three illustrated books of her own.
Her artistic career includes numerous international exhibitions and awards. Recent highlights include the solo exhibition Out(in)side at Create Culture Space, Vilnius (2024), participation in the International Art Workshop at VDA Panemunė Castle (2023), and third place at the Brightness Illustration Awards in England (2023). She has also been recognized with an Excellence Prize at the International Elite Watercolor Online Exhibition in China (2022) and as a winner in the “Geniuses of Watercolor” category at the 1st Olympia Art IWS India (2021).
Blashchytsyna’s work has been shown widely since 2011, including in the Ural Print Triennial (2019, 2022), Autumn Salon in Belarus (2017), Fabriano in Watercolor in Italy (2016, 2017), and the 1st International Watercolor Society India Biennale (2015). Her etchings are part of the collection of the Bashkir State Art Museum named after M. V. Nesterov.
