Nicolina holds a Masters of Arts (Theatre and Drama) from the University of the Arts Helsinki (FI), and a BA (hons) in Art & Design from Kingston University London (UK), she also has artist two-year working grant from Kone Foundation to develop her creative research: “Siamese-twins”.


Member at Artists’ Association MUU in Finland, at Visual Artists and Art Theorists Association – phytorio in Cyprus, the artistic director at “SENSORIUM SPACE Happenings”, and the founder of “Fugue” performance collective, in Finland.


In 2021, she is participating in BEUYS100 – Social Sculptures exhibition, held at Goethe Institut in Cyprus, curated by Marina Christodoulidou, in  Feel Helsinki (Festival organized by University of the Arts Helsinki), while her artistic work was presented at MOMus – Experimental Centre for the Arts, at the Metropoitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki, published at Exentricitès – 10th year Anniversary publication by ISBA – Institut Supérieur des Beaux Arts de Besançon, at the 8th issue of “Rondo Classic Magazine”, and at InterArt online art database.


In 2020, she exhibited and interviewed at “What if?” exhibition held during “Novembre Numérique” by French Institute de Finlande. The same year, she was also active member at “Guerrilla University:” online monthly discussions with Rojava University, curated by PhD in One Night collective.


In 2019, she was one of the selected students to perform in Amos Rex in Helsinki as part of the opening ceremony of the University of the Arts Helsinki. She also performed at KIASMA – Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki (FI), in Defibrillator Gallery a.k.a DFBRL8R in Chicago, Illinois (US), and in Museum of Impossible Forms during Kontula Electronic Helsinki (FI).


Her curatorial experience begins in 2016 with the first Live Exhibition Performance Series “PLUS-MOTION” organized by SENSORIUM SPACE Happenings, followed by an invitation to assist the curatorial work of Francesco Kiais titled “The Dream of Antigone: Performance Art in Greece Between the Seventies and Today” at VIPAW – Venice International Performance Art Week in collaboration with G.A.P [Gathering.Around.Performance] and SMCA – Thessaloniki State Museum of Contemporary Art. In 2018, she initiated with Ray Langenbach and the University of the Arts Helsinki, an artist-talk and a workshop by STELARC. Whereas, in 2019 she also assisted at “Today is Our Tomorrow” festival by PUBLICS in Helsinki.
