In the spring semester of 2020, the students of EAA Ceramics made a sculpture “Metamorphoses” for the courtyard of the ARS Art City within the subject “Object exterior”.

Every third-year student offered his or her sculptural vision around the chimney. The work of Eva Volmerson turned out to be selected, which the students, regardless of the emergency situation, performed at home and burned it in the new gas furnace of the ARS Ceramics Center. A ready-made device that moves in the wind, which constantly changes its shape and allows itself to be influenced by nature. In addition to Eva, Arina Turgeneva, Karola Rianne Mahhova-Reinholm, Liis Selder, Arantza Gonzalez Machuca, Dagmar Martin and Mirjam Kustov participated in the project. Mirjam also installed a fun individual sculpture “EXIT” on the wall of the center.

The students were supervised by Urmas Puhkan and Kristel Saan.
