Tuulikki Tolli

Tuulikki Tolli (born 1957 in Tallinn) is a painter and scenographer. After graduating from the Estonian State Art Institute in 1982, Tolli worked as an art teacher for a while and became a freelance artist after that. Tolli is a member of Estonian Artists´ Union and Estonian Theatre Union.
